Father’s club
welcome to Father’s club
Our Father’s Club is a community group that provides a safe space for fathers to meet, exchange ideas and encourage one another on their journey of fatherhood.
One of our fathers says, “once I became a Dad, I had the feeling of being out of my depth. I had entered into fatherhood without any real guidance on how to be a good father.” With the high number of fatherless homes and the detrimental effects of this problem – The group aims to break the negative stereotypes of absent fathers and hopes to create a generation of intentional, hands-on fathers. We believe this will have a positive impact on the state of our society.
“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it”
Proverbs 22:6
The Father’s Club meets regularly on Zoom and in-person, with experienced dads as the main speakers and a Q & A discussion afterwards. We also have an annual father’s retreat at the end of the summer – a two-night stay, for fathers and their children at a facility with several activities and workshops. The group attracts a variety of men from different backgrounds and ages (new dads all the way to grandfathers!). All are welcome!
“The Father’s Club gives fathers a place to sit and talk about real parenting issues. It has helped so many dads strengthen the relationships between them and their children. We would love for you to join the group, it is definitely time well-spent.”
